Terms of Service

Welcome to Bubbleze Cleaning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the cleaning services we provide and to the use of our website. By booking a service or submitting our form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Bubbleze Cleaning is a family-owned business offering residential and commercial cleaning, including one-time cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring service, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, organizing and decluttering, laundry, and windows. We serve Stockton, Lodi, Acampo, Elk Grove, Farmington, and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes & Flat-Rate Pricing

We offer flat-rate pricing based on the information you provide about your space and needs. If the actual condition or size of the space differs significantly from what was described, we will talk with you before doing additional work or adjusting the price. You will always know the price before we begin.

3. Scheduling, Access & Cancellation

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time (for example, a key, code, or someone to let us in). If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply. We ask for reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule, and we will extend the same courtesy to you.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept payment by card (processed securely through Stripe), Zelle, cash, or check. If a payment is returned, declined, or unpaid, you agree to pay the amount owed and any associated fees.

5. Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something was missed or you are not happy with an area we cleaned, please let us know within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no extra charge for that area.

6. Communications Consent

By contacting us or booking a service, you agree that Bubbleze Cleaning may contact you by email, text message, or phone call about your request and your services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Please secure or set aside cash, jewelry, and irreplaceable or highly fragile items before your appointment.
  • Let us know in advance about any hazards, security systems, or special instructions.
  • Please secure pets that may be anxious around visitors. We love animals and are happy to work around friendly pets.

8. Liability & Damage

We treat your home and belongings with great care. In the rare event of damage or breakage caused by us, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address it fairly and promptly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that were already broken, unstable, or improperly secured. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9. Right to Refuse or Stop Service

For the safety and respect of our team, we may decline or stop a service in unsafe conditions, in cases of harassment or abusive behavior, or for non-payment.

10. Photos

We may take before-and-after photos for quality and training purposes. We will only use photos publicly (for example, on our website or social media) with your permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in San Joaquin County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
